While the roads into Worcester were flooding with the heavy rains on Thursday, The Plague Doctors Cure All were whipping up a storm of their own at The Marr’s Bar, in what was, without doubt, the most energetic performance we’ve seen on the Music Spoken Here stage! We knew it was going to be something completely different as the band opened the first set with electronic noises from Lyndon Owen‘s EWI and a simple groove from Liam Lee-Hines on bass, passing through passages seasoned with rock guitar from Will Cass, melodious tenor and alto sax from Owen and Andy Goodall‘s tribal drums before settling into a solid groove and finally, some 25 minutes later, bringing us gently back down to the ground wondering what the hell just happened!

And that was just the start…check out the video below!
